AVOID the Flu…and the shot.

Tis the season for the Flu shot.  If you have not already seen the flood of Flu shot signs go up everywhere you soon will.  You will also be pressured by your Physician, your kids school and the pharmacies to run out and protect yourself from the Flu by getting this years Flu Shot.  I highly caution you to question the true effectiveness of the Flu shot and to educate yourself on the potential risks of getting the Flu Shot vs. (maybe) getting the Flu.


Each and every vaccine put into the human body carries a risk of causing a reaction, an injury, or even death.  The Flu shot is no exception.   While most pharmacies are trained in administering the Flu Shot, they are not trained in treating a life threatening emergency that might arise after the Flu shot is administered.  Also, all vaccines suppress the immune system.  It might take your body weeks or months to return to normal after receiving a vaccine.   Unfortunately the components in the Flu Shot still contain materials that are neurotoxic (alter normal activity of the nervous system) which will depress the immune system response.


The question you should be asking yourself right now is how can I protect myself from the flu without the vaccination?


Here’s the answer.

  1. Optimize your Vitamin D Levels.  Aim to get about 8,000 IU’s per day.
  2. Avoid Sugar and Processed Foods.  Sugar suppresses your immune system.
  3. Get enough Sleep.
  4. Defuse Stress. Exercise, read a book, or talk to a friend.
  5. Exercise.
  6. Take Fish Oils.
  7. Wash your hands.
  8. Avoid Hospitals.
